At Tangent we are always expanding our knowledge of the modules and skins available. If you are looking for a solution which fits your needs we're here to help. Feel free to ask us and we will provide you the advice on how to accomplish that. It may involve recommending the use of a free module or using a module available by other providers on snow covered. In either case we will carefully listen to your needs and make sure we are matching you up with the best product and/or solution to fulfill your needs.

There are two main communications methods here for the open discussion of ideas for solutions. One allows you to discuss your needs openly with any registered users. The other allows you to privately discuss your ideas with Tangent developers.

Once we've provided you a recommended solution we provide setup, configuration and maintenance of your site. These services will entail a charge but the pricing will be confirmed prior to any work being done. We will do work either based on a single price to complete a solution or on a price per hour. Our billing methods do not require you to pay up-front but you will need to be able to pay as we go.
